Shipping Policy

At Designs By Sunshine, we carefully package all candle orders—whether in glass or tin containers—to ensure safe transit. Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages, nor for any delivery issues that may occur after the item leaves our hands.

If your package is delayed, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend selecting shipping options that include tracking and insurance whenever available.

Soy Wax candle appearance,

Frosting, a crystalline pattern on soy wax candles, is a natural, cosmetic occurrence due to the wax's natural tendency to recrystallize as it cools. It's a sign of using 100% natural soy wax and doesn't affect the candle's burn or scent. While some might see it as a defect, it's generally harmless and often considered a characteristic of natural soy wax.
